Yes you can connect multiple exchanges to the same account. However, you can only connect one exchange account to your Loch account.
So your Loch account can contain connections to binance, coinbase, kucoin, etc. all together. But the same Loch account cannot contain connections to multiple binance exchange accounts for example.
